Fair use refers to the right to reproduce, use, and share copyrighted works of cultural production without direct permission from or payment to the original copyright holders. It is a designation that is assigned to projects that use copyrighted materials for purposes that include research, criticism, news reporting and teaching. When a project is protected under fair use provisions, the producers of that project are not subject to sanctions related to copyright infringement. The maintenance of fair use protections is central to many non-profit and education projects, especially those that operate in digital and online spaces.

Site characteristics - Key points Red = Reference to the written Word of God, aka The Bible
Blue = Reference to a hyperlink or email
Note: Red temporarily appears on hover (mobile simulation) over a blue hyperlink
Green = Reference to something I simply wanted to stand out
On Hover = A few seconds of mouse on hover (some mobiles can simulate) over a blue hyperlink reveals brief excerpt from the link, OR brief description about the link's content
Two Chats = Bottom left blue chat is public, sitewide, real-time chat, that everybody can read, BUT middle left green chat is private, page specific, real-time chat (when I'm online) WITH ability to leave me a message (when I'm offline), that only I can read
Hyperlink behavior = For consistency, ALL blue hyperlinks on my site (and most image links) open in the current tab/window, even blue hyperlinks that take the user to an external website such as Wikipedia. Most modern browsers allow user to right click (mobile simulation) and CHOOSE to open a blue hyperlink in new tab/window if desired. Image hyperlinks that automatically open a new tab/window to launch an external website have this alert message: WARNING: New tab/window behavior to launch external website. The only exception is social media icons which ALL these images open a new tab/window without warning to facilitate fully exploring my social media, while eliminating the need to hit back button repeatedly to return to my site.
TRUER WORDS WERE NEVER SPOKEN! SPIRITUALITY HAS TO DO WITH TRUTH (AND LOVE), AND ALTHOUGH I HAVE MUCH "RELIGIOUS" EXPRESSION ON MY SITE, I HOPE MY READERS DISCERN TRUE SPIRITUALITY BEHIND THE RELIGIOSITY! IT IS ABOUT DEVELOPING INTUITION AND EXPERIENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, NOT ABOUT RESTRICTIVE RULES, CONTROL, MANIPULATION, FORCE AND ENFORCEMENT TACTICS ETC (THAT IS RELIGION)...TRUE ELECT GET BEYOND THAT...IT IS ONLY NEEDED IN THE IMMATURE PHASE OF SPIRITUAL GROWTH...HEARING FROM GOD PERSONALLY AND DOING GOD'S THINGS TOGETHER WITH GOD IS EXCITING AND INTERESTING TO THE ELECT, EVEN THOUGH IT IS OFTEN HARD AND INVOLVES SUFFERING......
Or, as I like to say, in overcoming Ego you must learn to say, "I was wrong, but I can learn..." and then once firmly in the learning process you must also daily learn to say, "I was wrong, but I can learn to do better." A key thing to keep in mind if/when reading the following chapters is the daily admission that one is wrong about many things, but one can also continuously learn.
