Psa 90:3 Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men.

Isa 63:17 O LORD, why hast thou made us to err from thy ways, and hardened our heart from thy fear? Return for thy servants' sake, the tribes of thine inheritance.

Psa 107:25 For he commandeth, and raiseth the stormy wind, which lifteth up the waves thereof.

Ecc 9:2 All things come alike to all: there is one event to the righteous, and to the wicked; to the good and to the clean, and to the unclean; to him that sacrificeth, and to him that sacrificeth not: as is the good, so is the sinner; and he that sweareth, as he that feareth an oath.

Psa 50:15 And call upon me in the day of trouble [judgment]: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.

Thou hast chastised me, and I was chastised, as a bullock unaccustomed to the yoke; TURN THOU ME, [by chastening grace – Tit 2:11-12; Heb 12:6] and I shall be turned; for thou art the Lord my God” (Jer 31:18).

“And the vessel that He made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter…” (Jer 18:4)

Pro 20:24 Man’s goings [are] of the LORD; how can a man then understand his own way?

Rom 9:16 So then [it is] not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.

Php 2:13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of [his] good pleasure.

Eph 1:11 …who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

“The preparations of the heart in man and the answer of the tongue is FROM THE LORD” (Pro 16:1).

Pro 21:1 “The kings [Pharaoh, King Saul and King Ahab and our] heart is in the hand of the Lord…He turneth it whithersoever He will”.

“O Lord, I know that the way [goings] of man is not in himself: IT IS NOT IN MAN THAT WALKETH TO DIRECT HIS STEPS” (Jer 10:23).

Pro 16:4 "The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil."

Isaiah 28:21 "That He may do His work, His strange work; and bring to pass His act, His strange act."

Pro 3:6 (ESV) "In all your ways acknowledge him [both good and evil], and he will make straight your paths."

For the children being not yet born, NEITHER HAVING DONE ANY GOOD OR EVIL, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth…As it is written, Jacob have I loved but Esau have I hated (Rom 9:11 and 13). It sounds like maybe that we are all predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh ALL things after (according to) the counsel of his own will (Eph 1:11).

Exo 4:11 And the LORD said unto him, Who hath made man’s mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind [ or crippled and deformed]? have not I the LORD?

Exodus 4:21 "The Lord said to Moses, “When you return to Egypt, see that you perform before Pharaoh all the wonders I have given you the power to do. But I will harden his heart so that he will not let the people go."

Deuteronomy 32:39 "See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand."

Amo 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?

Psalm 103:19 "The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all (ruling over all kingdoms includes Satan's kingdom and mankind's kingdoms, despite both Satan and humans have the illusion of free choice)."

Psalm 115:3 "But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased."

Psalm 135:5 "For I know that the Lord is great, and that our Lord is above all gods (including the god of this world, Satan, who is only allowed to do evil that God causes him to do)."

Revelation 20:7 " And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea." This proves Satan has no free will either, as Satan knows scripture (he quoted it in Jesus' wilderness temptation), and knows he should simply NOT do as God predicts he will do, and thus defeat God by preventing God's prediction coming true, thus making God a liar not to be obeyed or worshiped...but alas the devil has no free will and is compelled by God to incite rebellion and cannot resist God's will anymore than any created being can!

Amos 4:13 (KJV) "For, lo, he that formeth the mountains, and createth the wind, and declareth unto man what is his thought...." Here God even declares unto us our very thoughts, as Proverbs 16:1 confirms....

Isa 19:14 The LORD hath mingled a perverse spirit in the midst thereof: and they have caused Egypt to err in every work thereof, as a drunken man staggereth in his vomit.

Isa 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
